Question: What is your delivery charge?
Answer: We charge just £4.95 for delivery to mainland UK for one frame. If you purchase two or more frames, delivery is a fixed rate of £6.95. Delivery is FREE on all orders above £150. All items are dispatched via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded or Next Day Courier service. If you would like the frames delivered to the British Highlands, (Northern) Ireland, remote area, please contact us for delivery charges.
Question: When will my order be delivered?
Answer: We dispatch all orders within 3 working days of receiving them. Once your order has been dispatched, it will be delivered the very next working day. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with the tracking number. This email will provide you with the option to change the date of delivery if the assigned one is not convenient to you or have it delivered to your neighbour. Typical delivery time is 3-5 working days, however if you need it quicker than this, please email us as we can accommodate even the shortest lead times.
Question: Do you deliver on weekends?
Answer: Due to the costs involved, most orders are delivered on weekdays. However, our courier allows you to automativally change the date of delivery or have the parcel delivered to your neighbour or work address (if it is in the same area) free of charge. You can do this by following the link on the email stating the tracking number. If you would like a guranteed Saturday delivery, please contact us.
Question: Can I collect my order?
Answer: We manufacture all of our frames in Manchester. If you would like to collect your order from our Manchester warehouse, please contact us.
